A Fondness for the Reckless

A Ten Past Midnight Story

About the Book

It's the interview everyone has been waiting for! When Canadian music sensation Ten Past Midnight arrives for their first television interview, lead performer Indie is nowhere to be seen. Boiling with frustration, he has walked away from the band he created with his best friend, Jaxson. Now Indie is ready to fly to Los Angeles to sign a solo deal with another record label—a label owned by his heartthrob, pop-music-superstar boyfriend. But while Indie questions his decision to leave on the verge of the band’s imminent success, Jaxson and his bandmates must deal with a savvy reporter scrounging for a scoop.

About the Author

Jennifer Jacoby-Smith fell in love with books as a little girl. Their printed pages transported her to new worlds, and her passion for the written word eventually turned into a career in media. She’s written news articles, entertainment reviews, radio commercials, and even liner notes for a rock-band album. After decades of crafting and editing stories for clients across the country, she decided it was time to write a story of her own. For her first novel, Jennifer focused on her other obsession: Canadian music—following the joys and drama of a boy band in Toronto. Jennifer lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
